Go Tribe!!

Brendan enjoyed his first Indian's game this past weekend. It was my dad's 60th birthday and this was his gift. They were club seats, which meant great seats and free food throughout the entire game -- a must for a growing boy!

I got lots of good pictures, since he won't remember his first major league baseball game. He still talks about the "Inyans Bayball Game" every day since we went, and he can even sing a little of "Take Me Out to the Ball Game" which is super cute.

The game was on Saturday, and on Sunday there was an airshow that Jeff really wanted to take Brendan to. I'm not sure if this happens to anyone else, but we were so mentally and physically exhausted from taking Brendan to the Indians game, that we decided we will go to the airshow next year. I'm not sure if we were just being lazy, but it's a lot of work to do ANYTHING with him!! And he was good. It's just tiring! I'm still not sure how people have 5 kids (or 4, 3, or 2 for that matter!!). I guess I'll learn some day!

Just arriving at Progressive Field... I'm still not used to that new name! I liked it better when it was Jacob's Field...

"Do you really think I'm going to sit here the whole time, Dad?"

Luckily we were at the top of the section, so much time was spent going up the steps, and down the steps...

His first taste of cotton candy had us all laughing! He wasn't sure about the texture, but as soon as that sugar melted in his mouth, he was sold!!

He found all kinds of ways to occupy his time while the game went into extra innings. And we still lost!

Brendan's entourage included his 9 babysitters! I will never go to another game where we don't have a small army to watch him! It was great (at least for us!)...

Happy 60th Birthday, Dad!
