Open At Your Own Risk

Today our realtor was having some other realtors come by and see our house. She told me every Tuesday all the local realtors will go around and preview homes for sale so they know what's out there for their own clients. I left here early with Brendan and Bailey. I dropped Bailey off at my mother-in-law's (thanks Karen!!) and then went to my mom's to give Brendan his morning nap.

Since it's easier to do the last minute cleaning without Brendan here, I left and Jeff had to vaccuum the entire house and put away a few of Brendan's toys. The poor kid has barely any toys in the main area anymore because we "hid" everything in the basement storage area to de-clutter our home.

Our realtor is this adorable, energetic, little asian woman. She is so nice, and calls me every day with updates. She called today and told me in her cute accent, "Yo house show like model, Header. Many realtor interested!" When I came home and went to put Brendan's sippy cup away in the "sippy cup cupboard" this is what I found...

Our home "show like model" because everything is stuffed away where it cannot be seen! I really hope the realtors were't checking out cupboard space and size... Jeff managed to stuff the diaper basket, wipes, and any toys that were still out into this cupboard!

Our realtor is having an Open House for us this Sunday, so perhaps she may want to have potential buyers sign a waiver before they get injured opening cupboards and closets in this house!!
